These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the BritishWaterFilter.com Affiliate Program.

1. Enrollment

To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links

Affiliates will receive unique referral links used to track referred sales. Commissions are only paid on purchases tracked through these links.

3. Commission Payments

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links.

Commissions are paid after the order has been completed and the refund period has expired.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on our brand name in Google Ads
• Use misleading claims about our products
• Pretend to represent our company
• Spam links or post in prohibited locations

Violation may result in termination from the program.

5. PPC Restrictions

Affiliates may not run paid advertising using the following keywords:

• British Water Filter
• BritishWaterFilter
• Berkefeld Water Filter
• Any variation of our brand name

6. FTC Compliance

Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships when promoting products.

Example disclosure:

“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through these links.”

7. Termination

We may terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
