Purchased this to go with our new extra duchess Berkley and we’re glad we did.

The seller title’s their product as: “13 Inch berkefeld Water Level Spigot for duke berkefeld Water Filter System”
That’s incorrect and I now have the wrong size glass site spigot. The 7.5″ goes with the duke berkefeld .
So, the product doesn’t work on a duke berkefeld . It’s been used now so, can I return it? I don’t know.
