It may leak from the bottom of the actual glass window. Contact Customer Service if it does and they will respond quickly.
The sight glass spigot is quite convenient if working properly.

Works well, however, since I have a Big Berkey, the included gasket did not work. I had to scavenge gaskets from the original spigot that came with the filter canister.

Doesnt hit the top before my 1.4g overflows, but I just stick a piece of tape to mark it full. I just wish it were all metal but works great
