A bit difficult to detach the previous spigot and attach the new sight glass spigot. It leaked after first refill, so had to empty, tighten all again, and refill. The sight glass itself is great! Thank you!

This is so helpful so we never run out of filtered water. If we filled a couple of water bottles, ours is a princeer capacity, we would not be able to get water in our cups if we didn’t keep checking the bottom holder. This way we always know just where we stand. I find this a must have accessory.

Like being able to see how much filtered water is in the lower container. I hand tightened the top cap like instructions said to do but ended up with a flooded countertop, had to use pliers for a little extra tightening and then it sealed properly.

If you own a berkefeld …..YOU HAVE TO GET ONE OF THESE! You always know exactly where your water level is and using the tiny blue ball that comes with it is even better for people with poorer eyesight. You can see the ball floating at water level.
