Overview

The Doulton Ultracarb Imperial OBE cartridge is a high-performance ceramic water filter designed for standard 10-inch filter housings. It combines a micro-porous ceramic shell, activated carbon, and heavy-metal reduction media to remove bacteria, chlorine, PFAS, cysts, and other contaminants while improving taste and clarity. The filter is manufactured in England using Doulton’s proven ceramic filtration technology and can be cleaned and reused to extend service life.

Ceramic filtration provides sub-micron filtration down to about 0.5–0.8 microns with >99.9% efficiency for bacteria and particulates.

3-Stage Filtration Technology

1. Ceramic Microfilter
Removes bacteria, cysts, sediment, turbidity, and micro-particles. The ceramic contains silver for bacteriostatic protection.

2. Activated Carbon Core
Reduces chlorine, taste, odor, and organic contaminants.

3. Ion Exchange Media
