Works very well, doesn’t require any electricity, that’s a positive for me. I just wish it came with a stainless nozzle and it wouldn’t be necessary to get one seperately.

We love it! We ordered 4 flouride free filters and they work great. Water filters fast. We rinsed the filters before putting them in the Berkefeld since they were dusty. The first time filtering water it was slow, but each time we emptied and filled the Berkefeld back up, the filtering got faster. We ran water through three times and then drank it on the fourth time. The water tastes great!! Much better than the countertop RO machine we had before. We are a family of 5, with two young adults who are in and out frequently, and this Duke size suits us perfectly. No regrets.
