Good quality material. It was not easy to assemble as the instructions tell you not to use tools. The silicon washers don’t fit that well with the round wall of the container. After first assembly we noticed that the rubber ring at the bottom intruded a little (overlapped) with the silicon washer and caused a little leak. After removing the ring and readjusting, the leak stopped. We now only get a drop every so often from the spigot after use which should not be happening with a brand new spigot. Looks nice, matches the container.

Much sturdier than the white plastic spigot and easier to clean. Downside is that you can’t use it with the glass attachment showing how full the bottom portion is.

The spigot is is excellent. High water flow, now I do not have to wait forever to fill up a pitcher. Also gives the berkefeld a classy look to boot. I would recommend this to anyone.

We are so glad we went ahead and got the stainless steel spigot for our berkefeld system. It makes the system look so nice! It installed the same way as the plastic one, but I think this one will be more durable over time as well.

This spigot provides a sense of security and stability in the dispensing of the water from the berkefeld . The plastic spigot I am sure works fine but plastic does not provide the sense of security that a stainless steel product does. I highly recommend this as an accessory when purchasing any berkefeld product.

This stainless steel spigot is far superior to the white plastic one. The water comes out full force. Definitely worth the $25 price tag. Just keep the old one ‘just in case’!!! So far, it deserves 5 stars.
