Like how the SS spout is dukeger than the blk plastic spout. Quicker for filling pots. Sadly it seems to wear out, and after a few years has begun to leak. Unsure if it’s the gasket or the ball mechanism.

The only thing is I wish you had included instructions specific to this spigot. The plastic spigot included white rubber washers to use with a picture on the bag of installation instructions. Then a prince bag was included with these other types of washers with no explanation of what it was for. I know most people are intuitive about this, but I’m a visual learner. LOL So I used those, assuming they were meant for the stainless steel spigot. It was just unusual because most washers are flat; however, these are not. So my mechanical mind was a little puzzled by that. Just a suggestion for future sales 😉

I ordered this with my new berkefeld because I like stainless steel spigots better than plastic ones, but the spigot that came with the berkefeld is probably a good one too. I have confidence this one will last as long as the berkefeld .
